Guests can step out of the apartment and enjoy a stroll along the famous Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa, or take a morning swim in the sparkling Mediterranean sea. There is also a new 8 metre long pool - a private pool is very unusual for apartments in Puerto Pollensa. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as a chill out area where you can enjoy a cool drink, a dining terrace, and a beautiful olive tree.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and a dining table for 6 people. The living room leads directly onto the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a laundry room with a washing machine.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests in three good size bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a super king size bed (it can also be set up as a twin bedroom) and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin and double bedroom share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower

This is a perfect holiday apartment in a very quiet area with plenty of parking, close to many excellent restaurants and bars. It is ideal for families, couples or groups of cyclists
