Casa Coll proudly stands in the historic centre of Pollensa, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars just a few steps away. Surprisingly spacious, bright and welcoming, Casa Coll can accommodate up to 6 guests indoors with air conditioning, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cosy living rooms and spacious terraces / patios. With the added bonus of a small garage (for cars up to 4m in length), parking will not even be an issue despite the extremely central location!



The house is distributed over 2 floors and preserves many original characteristics of Mallorca, carefully blended with modern amenities. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an independent kitchen (fully equipped) and access to a magnificent outdoor patio, partially shaded, which also houses a useful barbecue, dining facilities, and a ping-pong table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all double and pleasantly furnished, along with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub). On the upper floor, a spacious furnished terrace runs the entire length of the property for an unforgettable outdoor living experience. The house is equipped with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms on the upper floor (during established hours between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am).

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
