It was indeed as described on Hotels.com Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of variety Location was ideal Beach, boardwalk, restaurant Bus and/or Hop-on/off stop right in-front of hotel to get you into the city within 20mins Pool areas were superb Chairs, umbrellas and towels. Only complaint I have is that tbe pool wasn’t heated. So for the month of May you can look at the water, maybe get in for a minute of two but you definitely can’t appreciate the water. Too bad since if it was even slightly heated I would give this place an extra star "

"People got loud in the middle of the night and hostel staff leave at 12 so they weren’t there to tell them to quiet down. Towels are not provided for free, you have to pay £2 for every clean towel you want to use. You’re given 1 key even if you’re with another person and you have to pay 20£ if you lose it. 2 pillows per pod, 1 top sheet and 1 small comforter. Had to beg the staff to turn on the ac in the main room because it was so hot in the pod and they would begrudgingly turn it on only to turn it off a couple hours later."
