"We absolutely loved our stay at the Otter Hotel in Banff! Everything was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — we truly felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely stunning — like something out of a postcard. The location is great too: it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to downtown Banff, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has everything you need: convenient parking, a beautiful rooftop with a jacuzzi, and a fantastic restaurant with delicious breakfasts and dinners. We really enjoyed our stay here — everything was top-notch. We would definitely love to come back! "

"This is a great stay for cheap if you are just passing through the park. The little kitchen was perfect for breaky & coffee in the morning. With a little creatively & a bit of hard work this property could be something really sought after. "

"Spent 3 nights for a family vacation in late May. Clean and spacious. Great location tucked away from all the noise and crowds. Being able to cook our own food was a plus, also. The only negative was the old swimming pool, which was small and cold. Otherwise, highly recommended!"
