"Honestly really really great place to stay! Very good value for money, such a friendly and kind host to welcome us and even helped carry bags to our room. Ensured we had everything we needed for a fab monday-friday stay. In our room there was tea and coffee facilities, a small table and chairs, a double bed and a single bed and our own toilet and shower room which had little bottles of shampoo and shower gel which was a nice touch. "Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! "

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"An excellent B&B, comfortable, clean, convenient for both Marina, beach and Lanes shopping area. Lots of restaurants close by. Bedding pristine, bed comfortable, little touches like fruit, biscuits, fridge, coffee machine all added to the welcome feel. Hosts are helpful and charming. Breakfast choices and standard top notch. "We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
