"It’s a great boutique hotel in a lovely setting which has been very recently tastefully renovated. All the interiors are stylish, great SPA, good restaurant and service, wonderful outside spaces incl. pool. Breakfast is a bit limited but good, coffee isn’t great Lots to do in the area as well. Rathfinny winery just nearby was a happy find with a great restaurant, hiking routes to Seven Sisters, Alfriston village is a gem The only challenges we had were in regards to the check out rules - lack of a clear late check out policy, different receptionists saying different things, overall felt greedy and we end led up being overcharged in the end compared to what had been agreed (pending refund). 11AM is too early for 4PM check in, so the hotel needs to be prepared for exception requests"

"Staff were all amazing, happy, friendly, helpful and professional. Some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated but didn’t impact our stay. Lobby and bar are beautifully decorated. Had a fantastic weekend and will definitely visit again "

"We go to Brighton yearly for the Racing Festival and this was the first time we stopped at Queens Hotel. It was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room when we went in was bigger than I expected, with everything in it. Very clean and a beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea. (We've lived for 70 years in the heart of England, only seeing the sea when we go away). Kettle, Iron & Board, lovely thick fluffy towels, nice pillows and a firm bed, finishing with blackout curtains. A big fan in the wardrobe along with a safe and hairdryer. The shower wasn't the most powerful, but was adequate. I did have problems getting out of the bath (after having a shower the first day,) as I'm not tall, but managed the other days, Breakfast was plentiful, choosing from a full English to Continental, although you did have to hunt around the shelves for different items. Also Oat Milk, which was brilliant. Two lifts going up to the rooms, one or two people with walking sticks and a couple of rollators who didn't seem to have problems. Slightly noisy, but as we have always stopped on the sea front, we take our ear plugs with us. Very close to the pier and within walking distance of the Lanes and Churchill Shopping Centre. Plenty of places to eat near, and a few 'interesting pubs'!! Next time we stop (as we will go back for the racing next year, we are going to have a Tower Room. Thanks to Dom for taking me around ❤️."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were so attentive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Room was great, very spacious, high standard and great amenities. For the price it was spot on, couldn’t fault a thing. Great location, right on the seafront. The bar was reasonably priced, considering the type of hotel. Would recommend and would return again. Thank you for a great stay!"
