"The staff was helpful with arranging luggage storage and taxi. The property is definitely older and hence there was a little bit of a smell in the washroom. But overall, pretty good. The room was clean and extremely close to all attractions. Just remember there are no elevator you will need to take the luggage up the stairs. "

"The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. If they could do it then they would. We’re booked the hotel last second and had no issues whatsoever even with a late check in. They held our bags for us after we checked out so we could be bag free until our flight So close to everything and a very convenient spot!"

The shower plug up but staff took care of the issue right away. Love the ladies working counter, friendly and helpful. I also liked the space room provided. "We had a warm greeting upon arrival and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Room was very comfortable and clean. Quiet place to come “home” after walking around during the day. "We stayed there for a week and were pleasantly surprised with everything this hotel has to offer. An onsite restaurant has a phenomenal dinner, and breakfast buffet is to die for. Rooms are clean and functional. Easy walkable to Duomo and all the sights. Has a laundry facility with a washer (no need to bring your own detergent) and dryer - you can get change at the front desk to run them. Staff is friendly. Great choice when visiting Florence."
