"Staff was helpful and knowledgeable of all questions asked. Pool was perfect for all ages. Breakfast options were different daily which helps any parent. Property and rooms were very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast."

"No AC in community areas, pool/spa was broken and disgusting. Elevator only worked half the time, our keys kept shutting down, couldn’t get fresh towels and we were there for 4 days. Garbages never got emptied and never replaced dirty cups in room… halls smelt like Marijuana and HOT. Just an overall bad experience."
