"There should be allergy free rooms available (no pets) for those of us who are allergic or have lung issues. I was told all rooms were pet friendly. This may cause me to not come back. Also, I'm an honors member but forgot to say so. I wished the check in clerk would have asked. Not a big deal but it would h have helped. :) Other than that everything was perfect and met the standard of why we keep coming back. Well done!"

"My wife and I were in town for a Columbus Crew game and wanted a location that was conveniently located in close proximity to the stadium. Upon arrival, the valet was friendly and informative and the front desk attendant let us know that pour room was ready early which greatly helped in getting to the game on time. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast there the next morning and found the waitress very friendly and pleasant. The meal itself was done well. If I had one disappointment, it was that the room did not have a refrigerator which would have been helpful considering that we had leftovers from dinner. Other than that, I would definitely stay at this location again when in town."
