"Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. The property was impeccable and Angela was always on hand to provide local information and happy to accommodate any request, even ensure that we were happy with the pool temp. We would...

"Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. Super schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr schön auch wie wir für zwei Familien. Danke für den tollen Urlaub in der Villa"

"Absolutely great villa with all the equipments. Host was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions and gave nice tips for travelling around. Very peaceful, clean and well-equipped from bikes to sup-boards etc. There was all we needed and the nice beach was nearby. We have travelled a lot and this villa was the best we have rented. "Wir (Jugendhilfegruppe 13 Personen) sind am 27.07.2024 angereist und haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Übergabe des Objekts verlief sehr schnell, aber vielleicht hatte Tihomir es eilig. Wir haben uns zurecht gefunden. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool ist toll, er wurde fast täglich gereinigt. "The villa is spacious, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. There are four large bedrooms with very comfortable beds - the bedrooms on the first floor having spectacular views of the town of Tribunj and the sea. Easy access to the town and beaches/marina. Would recommend this villa"

"My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this house in Rogoznica, Croatia. It certainly surpassed all of our expectation. Beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet setting .The pool overlooking the Adriatic was great but we all loved swimming in the crisp and clear sea even better. Grocery markets were a few minutes away with a car. Restaurants in town offered good food, mostly fish, and people were very friendly. Visit to nearby town of primosten is a must. We will definitely go back there...
