Find Hotel with a Concierge in Pokhara

"Everything was perfect But i requested a birthday cake for my wife and management said they would arrange it but till the day we left. No one responded nor tried to arrange it and front desk didnt even know about it. Communication was horrible."

"In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"Rooms were fantastic, great location. Breakfast was ok. Adam was super helpful, though some information was not correct (i.e., I asked if I could use an app for transport from the airport to the hotel and he said yes, but this is not permitted-- and on this point, take up his offer for transport as the price is better than the taxis). That said, I returned and stayed again because I liked the place so much! "

"Very clean hotel in a nice area of Pokhara not too far from the lakeside. Hotel has a booking office inside to help arrange any tours and treks and were very helpful. The room we were in hadn't a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun. Ensuite bathroom was very clean."
