Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

My favorite place in Pokhara
"Loved this place! Our favorite location in Pokhara. A beautiful oasis with flower gardens, pool, fitness center, kayaking, amazing food, great service, right by the lake in the forest where you can watch the sun set while having a drink and smoking shisha. There is a quick 5-minute boat ride, which transfers you to the city in case of excursions, but I barely wanted to leave this beautiful peaceful location."
