"Very poor facilities in the chalet, fridge that didn't freeze anything, broken bed, broken curtain rail, no proper kitchen facilities, a bathroom sink that had to be used to wash any dishes, a microwave and 2 ringed stove perched on top of the broken down fridge. Impossible to cater for a family of five. Extremely disappointed"

"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely...
