"The in-hotel restaurant and its staff were horrible. Food not good and staff disrespectful and dismissive. Not enough eating options in the hotel. The decor of hotel main lobby was simply hideous!!"

I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never came unless I repeatedly asked. At one point, an employee even placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of my door so they wouldn’t have to service the room. I had to speak with a manager just to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. They were also doing construction during my stay, so there was loud banging early in the mornings, making it far from peaceful. While the location was perfect, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and noise made the overall experience frustrating."

The hotel rooms - make sure to book one with a balcony and a view - have exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the roam are small, but location, location, location. "
