"Really clean room & the gentleman in reception on arrival was really helpful and polite. The breakfast offered has a great selection however there wasn’t anybody in reception to greet me in the morning so was unsure on the process. My bed had a hole in it where the springs had dropped through meaning I barely slept all night. Reported this to the lady in reception in the morning who said ‘thanks for telling us’ and didn’t apologise for the inconvenience. Really nice property and would stay again...

"The "hotel" in some respects was reasonable (vehicle parking, visual appearance, and the room itself), but did not justify the name of hotel. The property offered no facilities for an evening meal (and even the nearest dining facilities {more than half a mile away} was closing down at the end of the day we were there and only offered a limited menu on that day). When asking what time breakfast was served there was some doubt whether it was served at all. They then stated that breakfast would be...

"The Hotel is quaint and very historical. The staff were excellent . The parking was very difficult to find and the Sat Nav directions on the booking do not tell the full story and direct you to the front of the hotel with no parking! The carpets up to the rooms are in dire need of a very good clean or even better a replacement. The windows are single glazed (probably as it's a lsited building) and this at the back is a real problem with a VERY noisy nightclub. I was told by staff that another...
