"The lighthouse is a lovely large bed and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for Rowena who was so helpful and friendly!! The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed walks with our Labrador in the sunshine. The Decor of the rooms is lovely and so clean and modern. Loved the gold shower room, felt very upmarket hotel rather than a B&B! Our one criticism is that the room was super small, and we hardly had room for our dog plus luggage. "Grounds and buildings are simply beautiful. Renovated very tastefully and everything you need. Jenni is a truly lovely person and as a host was just fantastic. She went above and beyond for our stay. We booked accomodation for bridal party for the night before wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni even ensuring we were topped with refreshments while getting ready for the wedding. "Good use of a small space, with a particularly attractive upper storey. Comfortable. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Parking is secure and it's extremely close to the Tor as well as to Glastonbury town centre - useful when visiting on a very rainy day! There is heavy traffic on the adjacent road, so if you're not used to this ear plugs might be useful (at least in the upstairs bedroom)."

"Lovely comfortable spacious cottage in a great location for making the most of the many local walks in the wonderful Dorset countryside. Good accessibility to the local beaches and other attractions in the area with the delightful Beaminster town centre only a short walk away from the cottage. The pretty garden was an unexpected bonus and perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and are keen to come back !"

"It was chosen primarily because it was closest to family we were visiting for a few days, but also the photos of the accommodation looked fun and location beautiful. We stayed in Shawn, at the very top of a very steep hill, for us townies was the difficult part lol Shawn was very comfortable, small kitchen area, toilet and shower and lovely small decking area with bbq and views! Although we didn’t meet any staff communication was very clear via emails and website. Thoroughly recommend 👍 "
