"Awesome place for a family. Private neighborhood with great pool. Condo was clean and roomy. Very homely. Couldnt have gotten better value for the price. Just minutes from everything."

"We loved Point Royale and the Fairway Bunker Hideaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved that both rooms had king beds plus a sofa bed. The place was decorated very nice. Stocked with everything we needed, just had to get our own groceries and we were set. The pool was the highlight of our trip, loved how big it was and the tiki bar/grille being right there. Loved how late the pool was open, we closed it down every night!We only had two issues during our stay. First was the door lock on the front door. Took us 3 days to figure out how to maneuver the door just right for the lock to actually lock when we were leaving. It doesn't set right in the door frame so it had to be just right or it would lock then immediately unlock. Once we figured it out it was fine.Our other issue was parking. Like I said we closed the pool down every night and every time we got back to the condo at 11pm there was no parking. We had to park pretty far away every night (along with a lot of other people based on what we could tell). It wasn't a huge inconvenience but kind of annoying.Other than the two minor things I mentioned, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Point Royale again!"

"This condo is very close to the clubhouse. It was a 2 minute walk to the pools! We loved the view of the golf course. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. We loved all the coffee pods . She had plenty of towels, and blankets. Both tvs had cable channels. The community pool was super fun, and the food from the grill was so good! This spot was awesome! "
