"This resort, despite being a 5-star establishment, has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. The only redeeming quality is their spa. Roomalia and Jenneth were incredibly professional and attentive. However, the rest of the staff was completely horrible. They showed no compassion or sense of hospitality.
