"This is one of the best resort like hotels we have ever stayed! Plenty of space, no crowds, many water sports activities included. You get courtesy fruit, flavoured water and picolés while enjoying beachtime in the many available sunbeds. Incredible and diversified breakfast options! All staff is incedible nice and the service is truly costumer centric - e.g. while we had to check out at 11 am, we could enjoy the facilities until our late flight/taxi time, were then offered a courtesy room with shower up to 1h before our taxi time tochange and freshen up! Awesome time, well done to the management!"

"Lovely hotel and a great beach. Stayed in a tropical junior suite and it’s spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom is great and there is also an outside shower. Breakfast is varied and the area is kept spotless (such an improvement compared to Constance Belle Mare). We had dinner at Caravelle and Blue Ginger, all very nice. Lunch was at La Plage and it’s good. Beach service is efficient. Would come back!"

"The Hotel was as described when I booked. We were allocated a room on arrival although we were a bit early. We managed to get a room on the quiet side of the hotel with the pool just a few steps away. Food at the buffet was good at breakfast and lunch. We only ate at the buffet dinner a couple of times. The privilege restaurant dinner was always good. A few names need mentioning for their great service during our stay, Anoop and Akshay amazing bartenders at the 2 different bars, Amand our regular waiter at the Privilege restaurant. Never seen anyone run around like him. And the room was kept perfect by Lutchmee. Te beach although not private was very well maintained. The sunset views were amazing. A few suggestions for improvements that we already mentioned to the management; - Need improved bakery as the desserts were too boring and old style. - Need more staff in the kitchen and waiters as food refilling was slow. - Better cushions for the dining room chairs. - The quiet side of the hotel is next to a marriage hall and it does get loud in the evenings and night almost ever other day. Management need to ensure that the noise/music is lower in volume and stops at the legally approved time and not go on late into the night. - Free massage voucher is only valid for 48 hours but no one told us and we could not use. "

"The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen. "
