"i didnt like the dirty balcony, balcony chairs and table. Is was very unpleasant to step out onto the balkony. The balcony door was dirty and the track it slides along was very dirty.Apart from that, everyting was fine"

"This property was in an excellent location right on the southern end of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk with beach access.Therefore, it was a quieter part of town. The hotel had a café that was open for breakfast and lunch and the Tradewinds restaurant served excellent meals for dinner. The staff was excellent and accommodating. We plan on going back next year."

"Stayed here for 2 days and honestly have zero complaints. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping crew does an excellent job. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy. Parking is $20 per day, and in my opinion it’s absolutely worth it. Being able to park on site and walk everywhere made the stay much more convenient. One thing to keep in mind: this is NOT a brand new or newly renovated hotel, so don’t come expecting a 5-star Hilton or Marriott. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. I was a little nervous before arriving because of some of the negative reviews, but I honestly think a lot of those came from people expecting luxury accommodations. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a great location, this motel is a solid choice. The biggest selling point is that it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, so you really can’t beat the location. I’d definitely stay here again."
