"They got us a room on short notice, and it was quite nice. The second day there, a leak from the room above us came through a ceiling light fixture and flooded our bathroom. We were given another room and upon our arrival there, we found that the unit was not ready to be occupied. There was a fan blowing toward the laundry area, which had obviously been flooded as well. "Great weekend getaway! The walls were so thin so sleeping was a challenge with loud neighbors. "

"Friendly staff. When my 3 year old granddaughter went into the wave pool with her snorkel, a young man approached her Mommy to say that wasn’t allowed. Her Mommy asked him to explain it to the toddler. He was kind and told her she couldn’t have the snorkel. He was so nice. Appreciated his gentle demeanor. We will be returning for another stay soon!"

"The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here.
