"Check-in was a breeze. All the office staff was VERY accommodating - each and every time I went to see them. They even listened to my personal issues while we vacationed at Stonebridge. They were the best. Hubby and I were very thankful for a 2 bedroom unit, handicapped, for the cheap price we got. We've already booked a return trip for December 3 - 10!!! "The Grand Victorian Hotel was great. I would definatly book this hotel again. All the staff did a great job from the front desk for check in to the check out. The staff did a great job ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I have to say the folks that do the breakfast worked hard to keep everyone happy. Service was excellent."
