The open-plan living area, complete with a gas fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensures year-round comfort. Cozy up on the sofa with a movie or enjoy some downtime in the additional lounge area, perfect for those moments when you need a break from the excitement.

The heart of the home, the kitchen, is a chef’s delight with quality fixtures including a Smeg gas cooker with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge. The generous dining area, with its seamless flow from the kitchen, is ideal for family meals and gatherings.

The home features four beautifully appointed bedrooms.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, with convenient access to a bathroom and laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

An outdoor shower just steps from the beach track is perfect for rinsing off after a day by the sea.

Upstairs ascend to the master suite, featuring a king bed, TV, walk-through robe, and ensuite. Step out onto the balcony or take the spiral staircase up to the rooftop viewing deck for stunning treetop views over Pt Lonsdale.

Also upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of single bunks (including a trundle).

CAN YOU BRING PETS: No, this is NOT a pet friendly property.

ACCESS: The house is nestled at the rear of the block and has private access to the beach track. You need to look carefully for the house number.

POOL: The pool (not including the spa) is approximately 9m long and 1.8m at the deepest part, it is solar heated, not gas. The spa is gas heated.

Please note a 3 night minimum and maximum of 6 adults only.
