Downstairs, you’ll find two distinct living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The formal living room, adorned with charming bay window seating, offers serene views of the front garden and a cozy spot for TV viewing. At the rear, a sun-drenched chill-out zone is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a movie. French doors lead to a rear deck, while the laundry provides convenient amenities including a washing machine and dryer.

The downstairs area features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first offers a queen-size bed, the second can be configured with two king singles or a king, and the third includes a single bed. Each room boasts ample cupboard storage, soothing views of the surrounding greenery, and easy access to the stylish family bathroom, which includes a bath, separate shower, and toilet.

Upstairs ascend to the master suite, a true sanctuary with a king-size bed, walk-in storage, and its own access to an immaculate bathroom. Riptide

Great location and house - the kitchen is up 3 flights of stairs which is well equipped and has great views. Two living rooms downstairs and outdoors is great north facing and grassy. Short walk to supermarket and front beach. Really good home for a holiday and has everything there
