Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in."

The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. "The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation."
