"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "

"We stayed there with friends to attend the Cricket T20 tournament. Nice Property and Manager Sandy is great person. She helped us very well. We had good time. Our check in time was not sure because of flight cancellations and delay. But Sandy did wonderful job by giving us flexibility. Only concern is this villa is far south side from town. You need your own or rental vehicle. Good if you want quite location or a large wedding function."

"The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!"
