"This was a unique hotel that is part of an old castle. Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful hosts! Stefano is an architect and designed the rooms. Huge, comfortable room and expansive bathroom. A delicious breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Not far from Rome and you get to enjoy the quiet village of Fiano Romano. "

"Fake B&B - misleading photos and publicity - this is just an apartment on the 2nd floor of a seedy building (which did not even feel safe) that is converted to 3 bedrooms and a tiny kitchen area with 3 small tables for breakfast (Covid 2m social distancing not possible).
