"Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - einfach, aber einfach schön. Die Lage im Ort Montiano kann zentraler und beschaulicher nicht sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Im Ort ist für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Von Montiano aus kann man das Umland mit dem Auto erkunden und auch die Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Wir sind jetzt Toskana-Liebhaber. Anja & Maik aus Greifswald"

Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."

"Die Unterkunft ist nur 200m vom Strand entfernt und verfügt wirklich über eine umfangreiche tolle Ausstattung und die Küchenutensilien sind, wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften, nicht abgezählt. Zudem gibt es unzählige Decken, damit man sich auch Pfingsten auf die Hochterasse setzen kann, wenn es etwas kühler ist. Zwei Liegestühle und zwei Liegen, von denen eine allerdings defekt ist und ein großer Sonnenschirm vervollständigen das Exterieur. Einzig haben wir uns für die etwas minderwertige 160er...

"Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Christina und ihr Mann sind sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Ein großer Garten mit Terrasse und Pool, sowie ein Parkplatz standen uns alleine zur Verfügung. Trotz abgeschiedener Lage des Hauses sind alle Infrastrukturen und das Meer sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne kommen."

"Wonderfully characterful old Mill House with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of good beaches a drive away. Laurentia fantastically helpful with lots of suggestions for restaurants. Pool beautifully clean and crystal clear. Quiet, relaxing - very peaceful soot!"

"We hebben een fijne week doorgebracht in dit hooggelegen appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig, goede bedden, wasmachine. Fijne douche en dat alles voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Appartement is zeer centraal gelegen voor tripjes naar alle leuke plaatsen in de buurt: Bolsena, Viterbo, Orvieto, Pitigliano etc."

"Eenvoudig, maar compleet. Prima plek om te genieten van rust en ruimte. Mooi uitzicht over de vallei bij het zwembad. Voor vertier moet je wel van de berg af met je auto. Wij vonden dat prima en hebben twee weken genoten van dit stukje paradijs."
