For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Alles super geklappt

Alles in Ordnung. Ausstattung was Spülmittel angeht, muss man selbst kaufen. Matratzen im Bett sehr hart, aber wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Gastgeber, der uns eine Wein-und Ölverkostung gegeben hat. Toller Mensch.

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in der Toskana

Sehr gut gefiel uns die ruhige Lage oberhalb von Poggibonsi als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in dieToskana. Am Nachmittag und bei großer Hitze Entspannung am/ Im Pool. Geschützter, abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Großzügige Anlage mit nur 4 Wohnungen. WLAN (funktioniert). Der Gastgeber ... ist als Ansprechpartner gut erreichbar und immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Garten und Pool ausgesprochen gepflegt und ansprech.- Verwaltung und Betreuung durch die Eigentümer sehr ansprechend Reisetipps: Pam Superstore (ca. 5 km entfernt) sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausflüge ins Chianti (Castellina), Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Colle di Val d'elsa, Certaldo, weniger Florenz (Massentourismus) Restaurant: Vico Furbo, Vico d'elsa
