In a hamlet 6 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 8.3 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, outside the resort, in the countryside. Private: small garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.
