"The hotel was amazing. There was snacks, coffee, beer, water available 24 hours a day. The staff as so friendly and accomodating to all our needs. The facility was always very clean. "The family that owns/runs the hotel was so warm and accommodating. They were excellent hosts, and I hope to stay there in the future. The property is in a beautiful small town overlooking Aviano. The family gave me wonderful recommendations regarding towns to visit and activities to help me experience real Italy (vs. tourist Italy). I loved visiting Sacile and doing a bit of hiking and panoramic views in Piancavallo. Gracie Mille!!"

"It's hard to find better accommodation in this price range, so I used it for the second time and would gladly use it again in the future. Nicely located facility, inside you can see that it's been used, but I like signs of life as long as they're not too intrusive. Excellent sleeping comfort. I think it would be more elegant if for breakfast, apart from the available sweets and the delivered ham, there were some options for vegetarians."

"Very pleasant stay. I was in the area for business and this hotel was recommended. They did not steer me wrong. Highlights were a friendly and helpful staff, and a clean hotel. It's centrally located and the town was easy to get around and a short walk to the train station. "

"Amazing place to stay. The Food and the ranch property were the highlight of the stay. Horses, cows, lambs, chickens and more were all on the property. Lot of room to just stroll along the grounds. Nice pool with a bar. The food was fantastic. The staff, including the owners were very attentive and helpful. They made us feel like family. The rooms were nothing special but they were clean and had a really nice balcony with grape vine roof. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing. We will be back. The only negative is that the beds could have been more comfortable. "

"Located at the base of the pre alps(Dolomites), this hotel is wonderful. On site parking, immaculate and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Many stunning, natural wonders here. Not to be missed!"
