"Hotel nuovissimo a 3 min a piedi dal corso principale in cui si trovano negozi e locali. Colazione buona con discreta varietà dolce/salato. Probabilmente l’inizio della colazione alle 8:00 è un po’ tardi rispetto agli standard ed alle esigenze che possono avere gli ospiti. La distanza dalle spiagge principali della zona è contenuta e in 15 min di auto si raggiungono tutte le principali destinazioni. I supermercati sono vicini e raggiungibili anche a piedi. "Das Hotel ist noch in Bau und noch nicht fertig gestellt,deshalb funktioniert der Aufzug nicht und ich mußte mit Gepäck bis in die 3. Etage die Treppe benutzen .Im Treppenhaus steht teilweise Bauschutt herum und alles ist kahl und unfertig. Der Baustaub zieht sich in die fertigen Räume hinein ,so das sogar in meinem Bad weiße Schlieren an den Fliesen waren.Ich hatte für 3 Personen (1 Erwachsener ,2 Kinder ) gebucht und fand im Zimmer nur ein Doppelbett vor,mit der Begründung ,das Kinder wohl...

"On our arrival we were walked to a different hotel in the middle of Cagliari, it was not explained to us at all but it became clear that they had over booked. We then stayed in a small, dark room for two nights while they got our actual room ready. This wasn't so much the issue, as the staff just totally ignoring the issue rather than addressing it... Not great. "

"The Advertised Private Bathroom is in the Hall. They have a portable Privacy Screen to shield you from the other 3 Bedrooms! We only chose this as other reviews were so good! room large and clean, but scaffolding at the back. Told off for speaking at normal volume at 8 am Breakfast time, as it may disturb others? Surely a Joke? Breakfast was really poor with only stale old packaged rubbish! No Bread excuse, was that Bakery is Closed! shocking! We placed 2 provided small 100ml Orange...

"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable. "
