nice and modern apartment!

Great apartment to stay in the outdoors of Split (Postrana), very spacious, clean and modern. It is just 12min ride by Uber or 25 min by bus to Split's city Centre. Nice pool and beaches close by.

Not what it’s made out to be

Be careful when you book. It says pool is seasonal but doesn’t give dates. We arrived to find the pool closed and no loungers available to use. We had a penthouse apartment, in the pictures shown it shows big balcony with loungers and nice furniture. This wasn’t the case, we had a tiny balcony with small round table and badly worn wicker chairs. So not only could we not use the pool we couldn’t sunbathe on our balcony either. Apartment was full of cobwebs also iron burns on chairs and broken dinning chair and lamps. Shower wouldn’t drain either ended up standing in a massive pool of water by the time we had finished showering, not ideal on tiles which were slippery

Fantastisk Lägenhet

Vi bodde en vecka i denna mycket fina lägenhet på 140 m2. Incheckningen gick bra och vi skulle ringa när vi landat och satt i taxin. Kristina mötte upp oss när vi kom fram och visade oss allt som vi behövde veta. Vi fick 2 par nycklar till lägenheten vilket var bra då vi var 2 familjer. 3 fina sovrum på ovan våningen med 2 stora badrum. Ett stort kök och ett stort tv rum på nedan våningen samt utgång till en fantastisk uteplats på ca 50 m2. Det fanns 7 solsängar samt en soffgrupp på uteplatsen och det fanns både sol och skugga samtidigt. Köket var rikligt utrustat med kyl, frys, micro, vanlig ugn samt disk och tvättmaskin. Ca 400 meter till stranden som sedan sträckte sig många kilometer söderut. 3 st mataffärer inom en radie på 300 meter samt en del restauranger och barer i närområdet. Det var inga problem att ringa Kristina om det dök upp några frågor under vistelsen. Det fanns även ett litet kontor på gaveln på huset under dagtid där man också kunde få svar på eventuella frågor. Det enda som var negativt var att en del eluttag var lösa samt att det saknades brandvarnare. Vi hade en underbar vistelse och bodde otroligt bra och vi ger denna penthouse högsta betyg och vi kommer definitivt komma tillbaka i framtiden.

Fin lejlighed i strandområde udenfor Split. Terrassen ivores lejlighed svarede dog på ingen måde til billederne. Det var en lille altan på knap 8 kvm. så vær obs på det, hvis terrasse er vigtigt i jeres valg !

The apartment was really nice, big and clean. One small recommendation was to make that a welcome letter with general information:-). We loved our stay there and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Fräsch lägenhet nära stranden

Mycket fräsch lägenhet. Fanns bara en nyckel till lägenheten vilket ställde till problem ibland eftersom vi var 5 vuxna och 3 barn. Svårt att hitta hotellet . Gratis parkering precis utanför lägenheten. Receptionen hade bara öppet en stund på morgonen. Men fick alltid kontakt via telefon. Ac i alla rummen som fungerade jätte bra. 2 badrum plus en extra toalett.Duschen på övervåningen saknade väggar. Men det såg ut som det stod duschväggar i ett av rummen så det kanske är på gång. Sängarna var bekväma. Det stod att det skulle vara bäddsoffa men det var 2 tältsängar vilket vi tycket var bättre. Rummen stora. Vi saknade mikrovågsugn. Poolen var inte så stor men funkade ändå. Låg precis utanför lägenheten. Stranden låg ca 10 min promenad från lägenheten. Där fanns flera restauranger att välja på. Mataffär, bankomat, bageri, pub fanns ca 3 min promenad från lägenheten. Bussar till Split går varje halvtimme och tar ca 15 min. Tar ca 5 min att gå till hållplatsen. Det kostar 13 kuna för vuxen barn åker gratis.
