Modern and functional with high end amenities. Very conveniently located 5 minutes away from the C metro stop. Getting to the hotel from the airport was very easy with public transportation but took about 50 minutes with the change between the bus and metro. Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

We booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews by past travelers. When we got here, we didn't really know what to expect. But the hotel staff put us at ease right from beginning. We actually got to hotel around 12 pm, but the room wasn't ready until 2pm (minor inconvenience, not an issue at all).
