The 10 m² terrace with sea view invites you to relax, sunbathe or have breakfast outdoors. Table, chairs and parasol are available on the terrace. The outdoor area of the house includes a 30 m² communal terrace, a garden with fruit and vegetable varieties from own cultivation, and a barbecue area that can be used by arrangement. Pets are welcome (with a fee).



Only about 200 m away is the fine gravel beach of the Makarska Riviera. The town centre of Podgora can be reached in about 300 m, where restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and various leisure activities such as water sports, pedal boating, billiards or table football await children. For active holidaymakers and nature lovers, there are hiking, mountain biking and visits to nature and national parks in the surrounding area.



A private car park directly at the house is available free of charge, and a boat can optionally be rented. The holiday apartment is ideally suited for families, couples or small groups who wish to enjoy a relaxed beach holiday in an idyllic setting.
