A dining area for 4 people is available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Air conditioning in the bedroom, TV in the living kitchen and WLAN are available.



The 10 m² large south terrace with sea view is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol and offers direct access to the garden/courtyard. The property is fenced, a barbecue can be used by arrangement. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome (for a fee).



The fine gravel beach is located about 200 m away, the town centre of Podgora is approximately 300 m distant. Restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and various leisure activities such as water sports, pedal boating, billiards or table football are within walking distance.
