This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home sleeps 10 comfortably in beds. It is located directly on Arrowhead Lake with a dock and one of the best views in a gated community! The house is spacious and located in popular Arrowhead Lakes with their many amenities. Swim, fish, canoe or kayak right from the backyard! Relax on a large deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets and Fall Foliage! Outside security cameras are installed in the front and back for additional safety.

For larger groups, this home can be rented along with the adjacent residence to accommodate up to 20 guests.

*Minimum age 25 to rent*

ADDITIONAL Arrowhead Community costs (REQUIRED Year-Round):
-- Vehicle Gate Access: $20 per vehicle
-- Temporary Membership Fees for ages 6 and over (access to pools, beaches, fitness room, sports courts, lodge activities and events, etc.): $8.50 per person/per day (PEAK between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day); $2/person/day (OFF-PEAK after Labor Day until before Memorial Day)

This lovely cottage offers a modern, well-appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings, a spacious great room with a bar, pool table and a wood burning fireplace. There are books, board games, foosball and an arcade machine in the basement There are also three (3) TVs, DVD players and a Wii to keep the kids busy. Warm up on chilly nights with the remote controlled gas fireplace in the living room. Grill your dinners on the outdoor propane grill.

Unlike other properties, firewood, propane gas, and our boats are all included!

There is a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and toaster oven and a washer/dryer. WiFi Internet access is free. Canoes, kayaks, and standup paddleboards (SUPs), are available for your use (waiver required) from April through October. The lake is stocked with trout, bass, perch, and pickerel! The property is located right less than 1/4 mile from Beach 3 (one of the 4 public beaches) in Arrowhead and the driveway can accommodate eight (8) cars.

Bring your bikes and ride to other amenities in the community including 3 outdoor heated pools (seasonal), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and the newly-built lakeside lodge with a fitness center!

Weekend getaway

This was our 2nd time back. We visited in the winter and knew we had to make our way back to enjoy the lake over the summer and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed bbq’ing every night and the lake was a dream with all the kayaking and paddle boarding to be done. The kids loved it and my husband and I loved it. Wei and Roy even made us aware of a glow party in the area and provided us with glow sticks. It was the perfect end to summer 2024. Already planning a 3rd trip.

Lovely stay

We had a good time. Took our family , including grandsons boating and fishing. Loved that the lake was right literally right in the back yard. Went to the pool on Monday, thinking it wouldn’t be busy, but it ended up being closed during the weekdays, until mid June. We had packed al lot of pool Stuff for our grandson, so that was upsetting. But over all a good stay. Pool table in living room was a lot of fun.

Great house

The lake is beautiful and the house was very fun. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and playing on the lake. Good communication with owner also. This is a very well stocked house so you can cook anything you want to. If you have a family definitely book this house because they will love it.

Great house

We had a great week with our adult children and grandson. House was set up for guests to have fun. Very quiet and peaceful location. We had fun boating and fishing. The only issue was the lake is not deep and was not good for swimming, but we went to the community pool and had fun there. Great week overall.

We had a great time in the house, the location was just perfect! Right on lake, playground and beach area in your yard. House was furnished with all the things you may need for your get-away like kids games, toys, bikes, kayaks and accessories, and toilet & kitchen accessories. Shuffleboard was the highlight! Owner is also responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back to the same house soon!!

Great host, wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wai was incredibly responsive throughout, a pleasure to deal with, and the check-in process was easy. She also provided recommendations for things to do in the area. The house itself was as it appears in the pictures; some items could have benefited from updating or minor repair. But the space and layout were really good for a large group. And the spot on the lake combined with the house's selection of five boats/paddleboards made the week a great success.

My nine-year-old granddaughter summarized our stay in the guest book— « Best vacation EVER ! » Our family lived outside: from pancakes and bacon on the grill to s’mores at the fire pit at night. And inside were all the toys and games for the one day it rained. All was perfect and the hostess could not have been more responsive.

Thanksgiving weekend was awesome. We had snow and the owners had sleds for the kids and adults to use. Lots of laughs. Made s’mores by the fire pit looking at the lake. They have plenty of games and a pool table that was always being used. House is clean and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you once again. Looking forward to renting again.

Breathtaking views throughout the lake houses

There were 18 of us (10 kids and 8 adults) We loved our stay and had no reason to leave the houses! It had everything you'd wish for a vacat home we grilled and shared stories over wine on the spacious deck. The kids were occupied with board games and pool while inside and enjoyed kayaking and paddleboating outside. We watched sunsets over the lake and huddled around the firepit into the wee hours of the morning - it was an amazing experience. Thank you Ray and Wai for making this a perfect weekend getaway! Can't wait to be back again.

Awesome Family Thanksgiving Weekend

What a fantastic time we had with the family at your beautiful home. Lots of laughs and fun times playing with all the games you have and especially the pool table challenges. Everything was clean and well stocked with all the pots I needed to make a great turkey dinner. There was enough of room for all 14 of us. Lots of chairs and bedrooms. Thanks again and we are trying to get together in the summer. Looking forward to renting again. Yvonne Costagliola

Very clean, large home

This home was very clean & large. We enjoyed our stay. The lake & outside was very nice. The great room was also very mice. The basement smelled very bad & was not useable due to the smell. My personal preference is to have a home with more privacy. The home next door is close & if on the deck they could see right in the master bath & bedroom. Additionally, the firepit & dock nectar door were very close. This is no fault of the owner, I just like some trees & distance between the homes. I would recommend this property due to size, cleanliness & the beautiful outside areas.
