"The owner yelled at everyone starting with the kids to get out of the swimming pool and hot tub area said nobody is allowed without a wristband very rude and the way they yell at kids and parents are very unprofessional ill never go back."

"Hot tub and pool were great except hot tub jets were broken. Breakfast was good. Bed was super uncomfortable. Tossed and turned all night, Husband was miserable. Bed was actually broken, from to many guest bouncing in the center of it. Front desk guy was asleep on a pillow with his head down when i walked it. "

We got in late, and there was a loud knock on our door at 9am, even though checkout isn’t until noon… no announcement of housekeeping or anything, just an “oh sorry, thought you left already”. It was weird. There was also some random hairs in the tub, which made us concerned about cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was pretty sad, no hot water left for tea, no gluten free options other than yogurt and a banana, no attendant to help. The room itself was newly appointed, but the gaps in the door meant we heard everything in the hallway, and they heard everything in our room. "
