  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage style home. Close to ISU for students or interns. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Just 10 minutes away from Wellness Center pond and concert venue. Second bedroom has a full/twin bunk and could fit 2 kids on the bottom making capacity 5. Room in the master bedroom for a crib or blow up mattress by the queen side bed available upon request. Outside dining to enjoy outside! Well behaved dogs welcome!

The property was about what I would expect for a low budget stay. It's not in a residential area. There's a lot of loud traffic noise late into the night. Definitely not a retreat. Reasonable sleeping/kitchen arrangement indoors, but some areas could really use a good cleaning, especially the carpeting. Appreciated the fenced-in graveled pet area after a long day on the road. Host was responsive and prompt in communications.

This home was perfect for a quick overnight and a little downtown shopping with my mom and sister. Very clean and comfortable and excellent communication with the owner leading up to our stay!
