"Perfect location close to town centre. Property comfy & cosy, quirky & lots of character. Very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, second floor a lovely place for young people to have their own space. Interior mostly very clean - a few things missed. A few things also need updating or repairing. Stairs to first floor really are very steep & there was also a low ceiling so anyone who is tall needs to be careful!"

"Ideally situated very near to town centre and all amenities. The property was clean, quaint and comfortable. Ideal for a couple visiting Kingsbridge. The allocated parking space was really convenient and only a short walk from the cottage. Despite the town centre location, it was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Really lovely short stay in Kingsbridge. Perfectly decorated apartment with everything you may require. A slight issue with an alarm going off that was quickly addressed and compensated for with a bottle of wine - thank you very much! Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely quaint cottage. Parking outside of property. Roads to it are very narrow but fabulous dog walks within 5 minutes. Secure area for dogs . Well equipped, towels, hairdryer etc. all good sized rooms. Lots of steps . Good bathroom with hot shower. 5 mins from petrol station and supermarket. Perfect country stay"

"An excellent place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome, and The Loft felt very homely and comfortable and full of thoughtful, quality touches. Top notch fixtures and fittings. We should have booked a longer stay.There is loads to do in the area."

"The main positive about the cottage is the location - it is just a few minutes walk to the waterfront and barbican area where you will find everything you need for a wonderful visit to Plymouth. The cottage however is not a very restful place to stay. There are 2 quite challenging staircases to negotiate which include places where you have to duck to avoid banging your head. The bedroom is on the top floor and the only toilet is on the ground floor so it is particularly difficult if you need to...

"Really enjoyed our week here. Nice house for 3 of us, scenic views out of the lounge over fields. The house was clean and tidy and just 5 mins drive to Ivybridge. Wood burner added to homely feel. Good pubs nearby (Ship Inn and The Anchor Inn at Ugborough were very good)."

"Our stay was lovely but breakfast was only served until 9am so you have to get up not to miss it. The cottage was lovely, well equipped for self catering option. We will take our breakfast next time The grounds of the cottage are beautiful. We will definitely stay again. "
