"The location was quiet. View was nice. Floors need updated and carpets cleaned. Shower head in front bathroom needs cleaned or replaced, tub needs refinished. Owner was nice and easy to talk to. I think could use some curtains and new sheets. Porch furniture needs to be cleaned and porch is unuseable in the rain. It is a basement apartment was musty when we first got therebbut lysol abd sented candles helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but definitely needs lots of updates throughout. "

"Home was exactly as pictured, very spacious! The back bedroom off the dining area has THE BEST view! And bonus, there was a circus in town for our trip! Pete was very nice and our communication was perfect! Will most definitely be staying here in the future if we come back to Hull! "
