"I liked the idea that it was so close to my nephews house. The area was quiet and easy to park. The road to get to it could be better.its dirt and if your car don't sit high enough could bottom out. But that's not the condo's fault the city needs to fix that other than that great experience for me as this was 1st time I've ever rented a condo. I would definitely would rent from again. Mike"

Even though there was AC it was hard to push the cool air into the back rooms. Being on the first floor-“basement “ level, we could not open the windows or get a sea breeze into the condo.
