"We arrived from Canada and in the midst of a rainstorm made it to the front desk shortly after 2pm. We were required to pay a $20 charge to check in early, even though our room was ready and the hotel was fairly empty. We were told that any time before 3pm (even minutes) would require the charge. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they are so rigid and not willing to accommodate. The room was fine, bfast was grab and go with no place to sit."

"There is no way this hotel should be marked a three star hotel. We had to ask for a different room because of how bad the first room smelled. We actually had a total of three rooms and if we could’ve we would have left and went to a different hotel. The bathrooms were clean and the bed linen was clean. The room carpet was another thing. No one felt comfortable walking around on the carpet without some type of foot protection. The hallway carpet was absolutely disgusting, and every single door...
