"Convenient to campus, mall, and northern suburbs. Great renovation."

"Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation."

"This place was way ‘more house’ than we needed, but so close to parks, the riverwalk, affordable, and walkable to the wedding we were in town for….we couldn’t pass it up! Big old house that had everything we needed for a comfy stay with our dogs. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe and at home."

There's a large dining table where we played board games and ate, every couple got their own bedroom, and it was easy to spread out to do different things, having one group in the dining area, one in the upstairs living area, and one in the downstairs living area. "Beautiful home, completely renovated. All of the small details were definitely kept in mind. We loved the house and all the heart that was poured in to it when getting it ready! Wish we were able to spend more time in the home but we were super busy! Also, wish this house would’ve been available sooner, we would’ve stayed many times over the past four years!
