Unfortunately, we did not get a name for her. We did speak to the Manager though. She assured us that the employee will be spoken to. She also brought bottled water to our room afterwards. "

We had to keep calling for supplies for the bathroom. Hotel is in badly need of TLC. Structure of hotel needs an upgrade. All and all. It’s a nice hotel. It needs work and customer service training. "
