"It was comfortable. Beds were very comfy...We slept like bears...! All possible kitchen ware was available.. Took us 24hrs to figure out the TV...need a few more directions on getting it to go online...we are OLD! The front porch floor could use a sanding and a new coat of paint. We are gardeners ...so a bit more work on the front beds would perk up the curb appeal."

"We had an amazing time exploring Edenton from this wonderful home base on Water Street. We thoroughly enjoyed the carriage house, bikes, fabulous location, and evenings on the front porch. We did so much— but we ran out of time before we saw it all. We cannot believe we have never been to Edenton before. We will be back!"

"My son and I stayed here Memorial Day weekend for a quick get away from Virginia Beach, VA. The moment we walked thru the door we started to see squirrels and birds on the front deck, which we loved. We enjoy them in our backyard at home. We went bike riding around the neighborhood and even kayaking. If you can you got to take the kayaks out, I brought my own and explored a little to my left of the dock, but the big surprise was to the right of the dock, past the waterfront homes. There are cypress trees with moss hanging down. The neighbors were very friendly. Check out my pictures. "
