Petit gîte sympathique proche des sites...bon couchage...manque de rangement ( étagère...porte manteau...) salle de bain exiguë...manque de contacts réels avec le propriétaire ( uniquement mail... dommage...)

Wir haben uns in dem entzückenden Haus in Plouhinec sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist relativ frisch renoviert/saniert und sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett ist ausgezeichnet! Trotz des angrenzenden Parkplatzes des Rathauses war es weitgehend ruhig, da die unmittelbare Umgebung in der Nachsaison praktisch ausgestorben ist. Zeitweise hat man die Tanzveranstaltungen in dem benachbarten Kulturzentrum (bei geöffneten Türen und Fenstern dort und im Haus) mitbekommen. Als Paar genießt man den Vorteil des zweiten kleinen Schlafzimmers, das man dank des Schreibtischs als Arbeitszimmer nutzen kann und um Gepäckstücke etc. unterzubringen. Die Internetverbindung war schnell und stabil. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung, auch wenn ein paar kleine Ergänzungen beim Koch- und Essgeschirr wünschenswert wären. Der Außenbereich wirkt (wohl aus praktischen Gründen) etwas steril, was im Spätsommer aber nicht so gravierend war. Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäcker etc. sind leider nicht fußläufig erreichbar, es ist jedoch alles mit dem Auto nur Minuten entfernt. Auch die Strände und das Städtchen Audierne mit allen Möglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Standort ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge Richtung Pointe du Raz, Quimper und in die Baie d’Audierne. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la région. Le logement est à proximité des principaux sites de la région. Tout était prêt à notre arrivé, rien à redire, merci encore !

Avons apprécié notre gîte, lieu de vie agréable…très bonne literie. Bon accueil du proprietaire.. juste un point négatif en hiver s’il fait très froid: le sol carrelé était glacial. À relever que la température extérieure était proche du 0 degré!..

Le gite est très propre, fonctionnel au calme situé sur la commune de Plouhinec proche de la mairie. Semaine où il y a eu du vent mais nous avons pu profiter des beautés du cap Sizun.

Location agréable, très bien équipée. Les lieux sont très propres. De plus, elle est bien située car, proche d'endroits magnifiques à découvrir ou à redécouvrir ! Le contact avec le propriétaire est très convivial.

cette petite maison typique a été très bien rénovée et relookée. Tout est nickel et de bonne qualité. la terrasse est très vaste et orientée sud/ sud ouest ce qui permet de profiter du soleil de midi jusqu'au couchant.

dommage qu il n y ait pas eu de communication au moins vocale mais uniquement par 2 mails aussi merci quand même pour l attention à l arrivee. Le barbecue n est pas accessible mais la literie est très bonne et l endroit calme.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf gutem Renovierungsstandard, alles wirkt wie neu, alles handwerklich solide errichtet. Mech. Zwangslüftung sorgt für dauerhaft gute Luft, keinerlei Gerüche von feuchtem Gemäuer oder o.ä. feststellbar. Innerhalb des Hauses gute Schallübertragung, wer seine Mitreisenden nicht hören möchte, ist hier falsch. Von außen dringt aber kein Lärm ein, trotz naher Durchgangsstrassen. Strand, Supermarkt und Bäcker gut zu erreichen, aber man braucht schon mind. ein Fahrrad. Leider läßt sich das Tor zum Hof nicht öffnen, denn irgendwo muß man die Velos ja sicher unterstellen. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Sehr gute Lage und außerordentlich netter Gastgeber, der auf Anfrage extrem schnell reagiert, das Haus „klein, aber fein“, Beschreibung korrekt, lediglich der Grill fehlt, wie von vorherigen Gästen bereits angemerkt. Bad und Klappbett nichts für extrem große oder extrem voluminöse Personen.

Avons passé un très bon séjour.Petite maison très agréable qui possède tout le confort et surtout une très bonne literie.Nous conseillons cette location pour sa propreté et surtout sa situation géographique qui nous a permis de visiter le Finistère sud. Accueil sympathique .Petite maison mais très confortable et très calme .Très bonne literie.Tout commerce et plage à proximité .La salle de bain est petite , il manque un petit meuble pour poser un vanity . Très bon séjour .Je recommande .

Petite maison très coquette, calme, bien située assez proche de la plage et des commerces. Literie impeccable. Petit bémol : il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine, notamment une essoreuse à salade, un plat à gratin pour 3 personnes éventuellement une cocotte minute.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum schönen Strand war es nur ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Ins wirklich schöne Hafenstädtchen Audierne war es auch nicht weit und zum Pointe du Raz und zur Insel Sein ebenfalls nicht. Haus war sauber, ordentlich, nett möbliert und landestypisch. Nur der Grill muss ersetzt werden, wenn er denn auf den Fotos abgebildet ist, denn der fehlte leider. Dafür gab es einen zusätzlichen Satz Handtücher. Alles gut für uns. Wir kommen gern noch einmal wieder!
