Rent with independent access in a rural setting, on a wooded plot of 5000m ² at the edge of Morlaix, charming and historic city.
Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob, coffee maker and crockery.
Living room: sofa bed, TV,
3 bedrooms: offices, 1 double bed 140, 1 bed 120, 2 beds 90, dressers. Each room is individually decorated.
Large bathroom: double sink, bath / shower, WC, changing table.
The linen is provided. The rental includes a cot, a baby chair and a changing table and an iron and ironing board. More than 250 books are available to holidaymakers as well as many children's books.

sejour à PLOUGONVEU

des vacances magnifiques avec des hébergements spacieux et agréables pour manger dans le jardin et surtout au calme entouré de verdure et même de petites chèvres pour notre plaisir. Séjour très agréable et surtout une bonne entrée avec Madame Pascale DOUCEN, trés agréable et une bonne présentation du lieu et d'elle même. C'est à refaire Encore merci à cette personne. Un excellent week-end

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce gîte confortable, décoré avec goût et très propre. Le jardin est une merveille et le gîte est vraiment à deux pas de Morlaix. Notre hôte, très accueillante, a su nous mettre à l'aise immédiatement.

Hôte à l écoute et très serviable. Très belle endroit qui permet de ce ressourcer. Les forêts sont trop belles avec leurs contes et légendes. Un séjour inoubliable.

Weekend imprévu

Sur un coup de tête nous décidons vendredi midi de partir pour le weekend. J'ai trouvé la maison de Pascale disponible, à prix plus que correct pour 5. Aucun regret, il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas dormi autant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain idem, très fonctionnelle. Il y a même une bibliothèque !! Nous avons pu laisser la moto acquise la veille afin d'aller à visiter Océanopolis et la récupérer en prenant la route du retour. Je recommande !!!

Havre de paix

Petit break de 2 jours dans cet Havre de paix, face aux 3 biquettes qui ont fait sensation auprès des 4 enfants tout comme les parents. Préau idéal lors du mauvais temps permettant ainsi de prendre les repas et profiter de l'extérieur. Pascale est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours serviable. Une chose est sûre on y retournera

Lovely house, very helpful host, great location.

Pascale, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She was happy for us to arrive late and leave early. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. The decor is charming and feels like a home, rather than a holiday-let The layout is slightly odd - the kitchen is the only downstairs room and there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a sitting room with dining table upstairs. There is a covered outside table just outside the kitchen door, so if the weather is good, it would be lovely to eat outside but we only had breakfast there, early on a cold morning, so had to take it all upstairs to eat and take it all downstairs again to clear it away. Not a huge problem but something to be aware of. The first bedroom is a double but a small one. Two of my children shared and it was fine but would be a squeeze for two adults. There was one nasty surprise - it became apparent that we were expected to clean the property before we left and if we did not have time to do that, we would have to pay 30 Euros. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the listing as far as I could see. It might be that it is expected in France but it was a surprise to us and is not a relaxing way to end a holiday. Having said that, it was really a very nice place and Pascale was charming. I would recommend.

Superbe gîte!

Un superbe gîte dans un écrin de verdure et de calme (que notre jeune malinois a adoré!) . Une propriétaire accueillante, très sympathique et discrète. Des chèvres rigolotes et affectueuses. Cet endroit a été le lieu idéal de nos vacances. Merci encore!

Une jolie maison très très bien équipé, en fait il à tout ce qu'il faut et c'est bien appréciable. Mme Le Doucen nous accueille avec chaleur et convivialité. Un séjour charmant permettant de couper réellement avec le quotidien.
