Hôtel sympa mais petit déjeuné facturés 2 fois

Séjour réservé via Hôtel.com, réservé 1 nuit avec 2 petits déjeuné mais à arrivé à l’hôtel, on me demande de payer de nouveau pour les petit déjeunés. L’hôtel en soit est bien, dommage que la plateforme ne soit pas en mesure de remplir sa seule fonction, gérer une réservation.

Chambre petite,SDB plus que petite on se cogne de tous les côtés.Coutte de mauvaise qualité.Petit déjeuner très passable pour le prix.le volet roulant bloque à la fermeture,il faut l'aider à descendre

Je n'ai pas aimé il y a trop de glaces dans la chambre. Face au lit, face à la cuvette wc. Sinon structure Balladins hôtels. C'est vieillot. Le distributeur papier wc est mal placé. Chambre pas très spacieuse. Durant le séjour, je ne me suis pas sentie bien.
