Breton holiday home with sea view, Plougasnou

This large family house is ideally located, only 200m from the beautiful beach of Plougasnou Saint-Jean-de-Doigt. From the large plot of land (2,700 m²) and from almost every room of the house you have a fantastic view of the sea. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the centre of the village with its many shops. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a large modern bathroom. The living area is spacious and after a day of swimming or walking you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view in the evening. The eight beaches belonging to the commune of Plougasnou are located at the eastern end of the Bay of Morlaix and are spread over more than 17 km of coastline. In addition to wide sandy beaches, supervised in summer, there are also small protected coves. Activities: The coast, still very natural here, offers an ever-changing panorama to the rhythm of the tides. The white sandy beaches attract swimmers, the bizarre rock formations invite climbing and at low tide beach fishermen and shell collectors fill their nets. The GR 34 hiking trail around the Bay of Morlaix is particularly popular with nature lovers and hikers. There are many viewpoints from which you can admire the Fort du Taureau, the Callot and Louet islands and several bird protection islands. A nearby curiosity is the megalithic site of Barnenez, which is even older than the Egyptian pyramids. A trip to the port and spa town of Roscoff or to the neighbouring town of Morlaix with its unique architecture offers a variety of pleasures.

Die Lage und Aussicht dieses Hauses ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Strand ist zwar 200 Schritte entfernt, aber viele tun es trotzdem. wenn es dafür ruhig genug ist. Das Haus ist freundlich und komfortabel eingerichtet und der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie 2 Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, großer Supermarkt 700 m. Hatten eine wundervolle Woche.
